Introduction
    a. Decapolis was the region on the East side of The Jordan River and the Sea of Galilee
    b. Decapolis was the region known as “The Ten Cities”
    c. Decapolis was a region of Gentile people

1. Look What Happened at Decapolis
    a. The people sought out Jesus
    b. The people brought to Jesus a deaf-mute man for Jesus to heal
    c. The people begged Jesus to touch the man so he could be healed
    d. Jesus took the man aside from the people and healed him
    e. The people praised Jesus saying, “He has done all things well.”

2. How Did Revival Come To Decapolis? Mark 5:1-20
    a. A demon possessed man was healed
    b. A herd of pigs drowned in the sea of Galilee
    c. The people begged Jesus to leave their region
    d. The healed demon-possessed man begged Jesus to let him come with Him
    e. Jesus told him no but gave him another assignment to do
        (1) Go home to your family and friends
        (2) Tell them all what great things God has done for him
        (3) Tell them about God's love and compassion
    f. This “new” man went to the region of Decapolis and told them his testimony
    g. The people were amazed and marveled at his message of God's love to him


Conclusion: The Work of Revival
    a. It took Jesus to come to their city
    b. It took Jesus to heal a demon-possessed man
    c. It took a herd of pigs to drown in the sea
    d. It took the people to begged Jesus to leave their region
    e. It took the demon-possessed man to beg Jesus to let him come with Him
    f. It took this “new” man to go to Decapolis and share his testimony
    g. It took Jesus coming to Decapolis and healing another needy man
    h. It took Jesus coming and the people begging for a needy man for revival to come to Decapolis!
